Repapered and re-brown-coated all exterior walls on both house and detached garage. Then applied a new coat of sand textured stucco. During the re stucco also replaced weep rail on house. 6. Every component in both the house and garage as it relates to hot and cold water, sewer piping, gas lines has all been replaced with new all the way to clay pipe from city. All sinks, tub and toilet have been replaced with new. A new washing machine and gas dryer hookup was installed in garage. A new tankless water heater was installed. 7.
