So, where do you want to live? I wish I could find a three bedroom, three bath home with a stunningly remodeled kitchen featuring Cambria Quartz counters, custom cabinets, top of the line Thermadore stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous backsplash, striking tile wood flooring, & a butlers pantry/wine bar area perfect for entertaining! Through the rest of the house what a dream it would be to find the home is fully wired with smart home technology, built in speakers in every room, towering vaulted ceilings, a beautiful modern fireplace, plantation shutters, vinyl dual pane windows, all LED recessed lighting, smooth ceilings, & an oversized master suite with stunning bathroom! I'd want my home to have a drought tolerant backyard, a lovely stamped concrete front courtyard, a new double underlayment clay tile roof, new water heater, an upgraded hvac system, upgraded electrical panel, wired for outdoor speakers, 2 vinyl concept patio covers, interior laundry room, & a two car garage with tons of additional storage. But most importantly I want to be in a family friendly neighborhood, close to great schools, parks, the freeway, and shopping/restaurants. I guess I'm a dreamer! Well maybe not!
